I am glad to see this review below. My husband and I both went to Denturecare for help, and found an unpleasant office manager, although the girl assisting in the back was nice, it did seem that she was working on our dentures as much as the denturist was, and I don't remember seeing any plaques on the wall showing her license to be working on dentures. Their prices are very low compared to others I have priced in our area, but it may be due to hiring help that is not licensed to do the work. I had requested of the office manager that some information I needed be faxed to my dentists office and was assured it would be, but four days went by and two calls before they finally faxed the information which was needed ASAP, and it was assured to me it would be faxed the day we were in the office. I have a feeling that in this office, it depends on who you are as to what kind of treatment you will receive. Glad to see others are complaining finally! Won't go back!

Went to this denture clinic to have dentures made and found out that Mike Gillespie uses people who are not licensed to work on the dentures you and I pay good money for. I know others who have gone there as well that are aware of this too. He pays an assistant who is not licensed to work on dentures, to do more then is in their scope of education. I was very disappointed when I discovered this as I paid Dr. Gillespie good money, money I don't have a lot of, to make my dentures, not a person who has not been licensed to be doing this. Possibly the reason their prices are lower than anyone else in this area. To top it off, I found the office manager (owners wife) to be very rude. A unpleasant experience all around and I will not return, and will discourage others from going there as well. Save your money!
