I don't think I've ever experienced customer satisfaction to this level in a while. I had called Door Express and arranged for them to come the next morning between 8a and 9a to install 2 Chamberlin garage door openers at my home. Next day came and no one showed. I was reluctant to call them and was thinking of looking elsewhere, but the quote they gave me was highly competitive, so I called their office anyway to see what the reason for the no-show was and got through to Cliff. He was extremely apologetic about the mishap and assured me that someone would be at my house within the hour. Well sure enough Bill showed within the hour and that impressed me. Bill did such a great job installing my 2 garage door openers, greasing down the working parts, providing instructions, cleaning etc., that I couldn't help but bump up the pay to cover extra materials he had to use, to hoist both units to my garage ceiling. These guys are an illustration of what can be achieved through hard work, professionalism, honesty and dedication to customer service. Will use again for sure!

I had a front door that was very tight and garage door bent out of shape due to a minor impact from backing up a car. Bill said he will come out and give me a free estimate, while others were asking for $100 to come out. Bill and his partner fixed both the problems, for $175, which I thought was reasonable, and he also made the garage door less noisy. They were both very polite and professional. I would recommend them.

My spring broke on my garage door and needed to be replaced. I called a couple of companies and they scheduled to have a tech come out to look at the garage door. The first guy came out and blew me out of the water with an estimate of $600. I told the tech that I had the entire garage door replaced for $700. I told him no way. The second tech was very rude and unprofessional. He acted as if I was lucky he was even there to look at my garage door. I just told him to leave. A friend of mine said that he had his spring replaced by Door Express for a reasonable price. I scheduled and appt and they sent over Bill to give me a FREE estimate. Bill came and inspected the entire garage door system. He gave me an estimate of $400 to replaced the spring ,10 rollers, and door tune up. The door tune up consisted of lubing the chain, rails and all the hinges. I was very pleased with the service and Bill's honesty. I would recommend DoorExpress to anyone who needs work done on their garage door
