I've experienced the worst service with this company. They ate an uncaring cruel bunch of people. I paid my water bill 6/26/2017 and on 6/27/2017 I came home with 2 lids and no water. I called and they said they had no record of my payment I informed them I had 2 receipts showing I paid. The technician said he had worked a 14hr day and didn't want to come out. I explained I had a 14hr day as well and even though I paid my water was shut off I error. He asked me to send the receipts to his work accoun and if it show i paid he would come right out. I did and he never called and never showed. I called for hours with a screaming baby and no more money for bottled water to fees him. Even though I explained it and show I paid no one cared. I have no family and no other way to feed my son his formula. If i had a choice I would choose anyone but them. If an infant's life doesnt matter than what does
