Very terrible experience with our initial house purchase (we lost over $2000 as a result of the sellers changing our closing date and them not informing us of the consequences) and our refinance fell though at the last minute (although no one bothered calling to tell us this). Agent is terrible at returning phone calls. They sell your mortgage right away to another lender. Do not use!!!!

I had to give this so called buisness 1 star, due to the fact that giving them none is not allowed. I would not advise anybody to use this office. The agent is very rude and lacks personal interaction skills. When I had a problem with the agent I asked to speak to the manager who much to my shock was ruder than the agent ! I have purchased several homes in my life time and have never recieved such horrible treatment. I would not use this office to sell my dog house.!!!! Very unhappy and insulted by the treatment i was given.

I would not reccomend that you use this branch. The manager is very rude as was the agent. I would not list my dog house for them to sell much less my home. Non exsistant customer service. Very poor, the worst I have ever dealt with and have sold two homes in the past. It asks that you rate them with 1-5 stars. I gave them 1 because it does not allow you to give then a zero.
