Unless you need to buy educational materials or solo books, don't waste your time. Their inventory is a joke and they never have what I need. Also, customer service is interesting. If your making a large purchase, they'll cater to your every need. But if you come in looking for a pair of sticks, they won't give you the time of day. Not to mention, Music & Arts is supposed to be big on instrument rentals for band, yet not one of them has marched, or at least has little knowledge of marching. When you have to explain that you don't use Ralph Hardimon's on drumset, somethings wrong. Maybe it's because I've marched drumcore and expect a little more out of these people, or maybe it's the fact that every time I leave that store, I leave empty handed and disappointed. Save your gas.
