BEAUTIFUL BOUQUETS
I have received many bouquets from this shop over the years and all have been very lovely and fresh. Never once had anything but beautiful arrangements.

Ordered two arrangements for my mothers funeral. It was a closed casket service so needed an over sized arrangement. Showed them a picture on line at Teleflorist of what I liked. That arrangement was $375. I told them I needed it longer to cover most of the casket and trail off the sides slightly. They said no problem, and the cost would be $650. I also ordered a standing arrangement to match from the grandchildren. The cost for that arrangement was $295. When the arrangements were delivered the casket arrangement was not as large as I had asked for, it only covered about 2/3 of the casket and didn't trail over the sides at all. In fact it looked like they copied the Teleflorist arrangement exactly and charged double! The ribbon across the standing arrangement said "gandmother". I took the ribbon back to the florist and showed them the problem. She said she would tell the owner about the problems and he would call me to discuss the issues. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I have never been a client here but this flower shop charged someone's credit card wrong and my bank account was charged. It has almost been three months and they have not refunded the money that they wrongfully charged my account and I can't even get anyone to call me back! Be ware, the owner is a thief! I am a single mom and can't afford for mistakes like this to happen!!

Just awful

JUST AWFUL
These people use old flowers. And are overpriced. If you order from a photo, you surely will not get what you want. Go to Kroger instead, have them do your arrangement,it will be better and cheaper too. They over charged my husband for flowers that were dead in a day.

Extremely UNSATISFIED!!!!

My wife and I ordered flowers for my mother in law. In the past this florist was awesome, but now they are under new management. The flowers she recieved were old and most of them were dying or dead already. The owner- his name is Dustin Manning was a complete jerk! He told us that the flowers were fine and noone else had complained about their orders. I very sincerely told him that customers should come first and not his problems. We did not care that he couldn't keep employess. He kept making excuses as to why he didn't have better flowers and on and on. My wife and I decided to NEVER use such a reckless flowershop as this or any that he owned or AKA operated.
