Provided by YP.comAWFUL! My husband was stranded 25 miles away at 3PM. He is a 100% disabled veteran on his way to to a TBI clinic w/ his father-in-law when their car broke down. This location refused to stay open later to help them out. They close at 4PM. They would have been able to get here by 5 at the latest. Because of this location refusing to help, a HUGE opportunity was missed.
We were more-than-willing to pay whatever it took. Clearly, customer service is NOT important. Pathetic.

Provided by YP.comWe had to wait over 10 minutes to get to the counter even though we had an appointment. Then we were told we would get a Velositer and that it had just come back in so it had to be washed. When they got the Velositer clean around 15 minutes later, another agent took the keys and gave it to another patron. Our service agent apologized and said they were washing the car we would get. Almost 20 minutes later we finally got a car. The wash job was horrible, soap and streaks everywhere. The inside was pretty clean though. Took almost an hour to get a car but other than looking dirty all week, the car was great and we had a good time in Pigeon Forge.

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a billing issue to be resolved, and all I am told is there was a glitch in their system and I need to wait because they have sone everything they can. Well first I was told it's only a $150 hold that would be released after 24 hrs when I returned the car, it's been over two weeks and they are still holding over $260. I have been in contact with several people but not getting a resolution. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

Provided by YP.comI only needed a car for 4 hours going from TN to KY. I explained this upfront. Rented the car at 2pm on Saturday, dropped it off at my destination at 6pm and used the key drop. They charged me on Monday for a full 2 days. When I called to talk about it, to their credit, they did offer to knock off the $50 one-way fee, but would not bring it down to 1 day. Checking the mileage would've been an easy enough way to reconcile the situation. As a result, I paid way more than I should've.

Provided by YPmobilePoor service. Wanted GPS but was told car I reserved didn't come with GPS. Didn't tell me I needed to bring a utility bill with me. Had to wait while they contacted electric company to get a copy of my bill faxed over. I will definitely look into other options instead of renting from enterprise.
