I really hate to leave a bad review anywhere... but... it's going to happen here. We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. When we first moved in everything was pretty ok. We had a few instances where we had some overly loud people. This was back when we lived in their middle section in the 1bd apartments. About 6 months before we moved to the first section (2bd) we noticed some shady activity across the parking lot. We had an incident where someone hit someone else's car. This was taken care of by the police as well as Finchum Properties.

After we moved to the 2bd in the section where the main office is we found out that about 5 people got busted for dealing drugs. We had not been moved in maybe 2-3 months before things down here just started getting ridiculous. One of the tenants next to us did something and the police were outside constantly for close to 4 days. We also had someone hit my car and when we told Finchum properties about it nothing was done to my knowledge. (Which is a shame because it was someone who lives(d) near us. We still don't know who did it. After that we noticed that the flooring along entire length of our wall in the dining room was starting to sag. We brought Rachelle in and she looked at it, and we never heard about whether someone was in to look at it further.

And the properties themselves. The buildings are not kept up. The gardens outside have been weeded once. And it only got done once it looked like a rainforest outside. I was out there weeding the gardens cause I was tired of looking at it. We have two shades in our apartment that are broken. You can't move the blinds part. You can only pull the string to bring the entire thing up or down. They wont replace them if the move up and down. If we want to let light into our apartment we have to have our shades wide open. I don't like that. The repair people are extremely cheap. They won't fix anything unless they have to, and when they do they use the cheapest junk they can find and it's just no good. When we moved in there were still spots on the walls that didnt get repainted. They hardly ever mow the grass.

The biggest compliment I can pay this place is Rachelle. She has always been extremely nice and willing to help. I know that all the complaints are not her fault, it's the owners problem. The owners do not really care what you are doing in your apartments (even if its illegal) as long as you pay your rent. Frankly, I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever again. We are planning on getting out ASAP. I don't feel it's safe anymore. And I think paying $600+ for an apartment is very steep when you have no amenities and the place is falling apart. This place attracts creeps like crazy. I'm sorry, but this place is just no good.

Dont move to these apartments!!! Your $$$$ will be kept if you have an emergency and have to move away for a family emergncy and you have prepaid for a while... RUN!! RUN!! RUN!!
