First time visit to a Flapjacks. We had a minimal wait time for a busy Saturday Morning. Food was pretty good for the most part. The Spanish Omlet tasted like they sprinkled some Taco seasoning on it and that was it. Be prepared to be hit with a ton of souvenirs as you enter the restaurant and again when you leave. 99% of the stuff you can find anywhere else for cheaper.

My family and I decided to eat here our last day of vacation. We came in at 11:45 and did not get served until 12:55. They close at 1. We asked at 12:35 about our food and they sent the waitress to our table who apologized and said it would be 5 min. That half of our order was in the window. So 20 min later we received our food remember part of the order had already been sitting in the window that long. We asked to speak with a manager and her response was I'm not really sure what happened, it was really busy around the time you ordered. We pointed out that people who came in way after us got there food be fore we did. She responded with well that was a different server and it had slowed down. So she gave us a 15 dollar discount. Instead of arguing with a manager who wants to make excuses and cannot right their wrongs we paid and tipped our waitress. So hopefully she can see this and realize the customer is always right anybody in customer service should know that. It was busy but everyone already had there food and we watched all the tables clear out around us. They were then left dirty for the remaining 35 Min we were waiting for our food.

We ate at this resturant while in Sevierville, we really enjoyed the food and the service was great as well. We will be back in the near future.
