So after having paid for the site survey, and the technician saying that it would be no problem to have my service hooked up, the company called me to say they were not able to deliver service to me. When I asked why I was told that it was because of the small bridge that I have on my property. (My small bridge has 4 - 18" I-beams holding up 16x16 ties. It spans 10 ft.) I asked to have a manager call me. He did. I tried to explain that the bridge has held 30 ton trucks that has delivered rock on my property several times not to mention multiple 26 ft U-hauls when I moved in. He told me that it was his decision not to deliver due to his truck weighing 16,000 lbs. So it sounds like they just take your money when they want to. By the way, I had to pay for the site survey in advance. Don't waste your money if you're looking for a propane company.
