don't bother calling to check on merchandise before you go if you live a distance because they do not check for you. Most of the fabric at this store is poor quality and the store is very very small

i was visiting the area and stopped by to do alittle shopping all three ladies that i was in contact with were very pleasant, great customer service, small store but it's a good thing to have in the area, will definetly shop back when i'm in the area.

I shop there every week for work so i love having joanns nearby however the stores selection leaves alot to be desired.They could use a space at least twice the size.coustomer service is great!
