I am WAY overdue in writing this review but I wanted to be sure that the folks at this store get the credit that they deserve. We got our mattress from this store a couple of months ago and the staff here is awesome! Amy was our sales lady and she is just a doll. She was very sweet and friendly and did a great job answering our questions and helping us find what we needed. We did have an issue with our delivery, the shipping of which is contracted out to a separate shipping company. This is where Tegan and Andrew come in. The shipping issue that we had almost lost Mattress Firm the sale to us. I called the store and told them of the issues that we were having and Andrew was the first person that I dealt with about it. He was very patient, listened to the whole story, and did everything in his power to help, which was limited because the issue wasn't actually with Mattress Firm, but with the shipping company. After an extended conversation and him exhausting his resources on it, he escalated the issue to Tegan, who is the manager there. Tegan is awesome and bent over backwards not just to find a solution to the current problem, but also to collect information to help prevent the problem from happening in the future. Amy was awesome and landed the sale with her excellent customer service and Andrew and Tegan saved the sale by quickly and diligently working to resolve our issues and come to a workable solution. The staff at this store is awesome and their excellent customer service really showed through both during the sale and during the subsequent conflict resolution. We will be going to this store for our future needs. Thanks Amy, Andrew and Tegan!
