My husband went into the Sevierville location to purchase our dinner after us spending 26 hours in the hospital. When he got home we noticed the side of red beans and rice that he ordered was missing. He called the store to inquire about it and the lady that answered identified herself as Sunday the manager. She was incredibly rude to him and said there was nothing she could do about it. When he asked for the corporate number she told him an incorrect number and hung up on him. I called the store back and as soon as I told her why I was calling, she hung up on me. I called 9 times and she picked up and hung up everytime. I called the Pigeon Forge location to get the corporate number and they knew exactly who our terrible experience was with without me having to identify her. It is horrifying that a company would allow their managers to treat their customers this way. Please do not give your money to the Sevierville location.

This place used to be the best but now everytime I order food it is messed up or they leave half out when you go out of the way to pick up food you expect to get what you paid for but lately they just don't care and if you call the managers just give an apology its not likr really care they already have your money they must have a new manager but we won't be ordering there three tries I give up.

Any Popeyes chicken is good, this place is clean and the employees are courteous.
