Great bunch of Agents. Tons of rental properties. They take there time and show you every possible to rent or buy.

Angela Ross was rude and refused to give information when asked several times about a property. I decided to go see the property for myself since she wouldn't tell me anything and found that the house I wanted to move into was unlocked, trashed, and in horrible condition. The condition of the home was one of the many questions she refused to answer. All she would say was the house was still available. I'm beyond dissatisfied with this company and if they treat all their properties the way this one is being treated then this company should be shut down. I will never recommend this company and hope they decide to fix their substantially large mistakes.

Never Never, and Never would I use this Realty for anything. I left a message for them first of all on the phone. Phone stated leave text, left text on that number, and came back. Called number back to get name of company so could look up while I am listing to the recording my phone beeps with messg. states in meeting. I text back ok, thinking they will text me when out of meeting. No text at 6 that night, and I got her text in meeting at 2. Ok left messg again. Get text at 9:30 very rude stating that what I want to rent is not available. Tell her have any other property for rent? Rude again don't rent with two dogs and one cat, so I text no one said I had a cat. She text back Call my husband tomorrow may be he can help not home now. I texted ok. Called her husband and left messg. that was three days ago. Poor service never use and never give good comments. Been in the real estate business my self for years, if I treated prospects like that never make money. Poor real estate. Poor husband and wife team

I'm so happy i found Realty Plus. Joe is a pleasure to work with. He rented my house in 2 days. others took months. I highly recommend them if you are having a hard time renting your homes.J.A. - East Tennessee
