I am currently using Le Conte Women's Healthcare during my pregnancy. I am in my 9th month & have no complaints. All of the Drs & office staff are great! I have had both morning & afternoon appointments (2 after lunch) & they have always been in the office. I've never waited outside or even had to wait long to be seen. Dr Love & Dr Maddron are great! :)

The doctors at LeConte are competent, friendly and all around wonderful. That is the only reason they got three stars. It is the rest of the office staff that make this office terrible. Besides not being very friendly (or accomodating) if you need to change an appointment, they are so slow to return calls. I can call at 10 am on Monday and won't receive a call back until 4 pm on Tuesday. Most of the time you call they don't answer the phone, and you can't leave a message because all of their mailboxes are full. Also, their lunch hour extends from 12 to 1:15...they will schedule you for an appointment at 1:15, but they don't stroll in from lunch until nearly 1:30, which means you have to stand outside a locked office until they get there. You can't even wait inside. I feel like I have the decency to show up early or on time they should too. All in all, this would be a good office if it were just about the doctors.
