Warning*** This is a long-winded review, but it's so absurd, it needed thorough explaining***

I'd like to start by stating that my family & I are not "ranters", all work in customer service/have worked in the restaurant industry. We are all aware of the serving struggle & are strict 20%+ tippers regardless of service quality. However, last night my fiance & I met with his sister & her husband around 9 PM to meet up for a few drinks & some snacks. When we asked for the drink specials our server told us $3 shorts and $5 talls so we all ordered accordingly. Throughout the night, our less than enthused server dogged our table leaving our drinks empty for 15+ minutes at a time. But hey, Saturday night, their busy, no biggie. But then came the check. Our check was correct, but my sister-in-laws was $23 more than anticipated. Their ticket showed their short beers priced at $5/per beer for michelob ultra! Thinking this was a simple error we told our serving in which case he apologized & said the manager would fix it. He then came back, dropped off the new ticket, & quickly left. Their appetizer was removed but that only reduced the ticket by $12. Again, not accurate. Wanting to just get the corrected ticket, we flagged the "manager" Tara who quickly said "I already took off your appetizer, mc ultra is not on the special, I don't set the prices" and attempted to walk away! I halted her & re-explained we had been told by our server that they were $3 & we wouldn't have ordered them if they weren't so we didn't think it was right to make us pay it. She then said "that's the price, I can't take anymore off, it's illegal." . . . I was stunned. We were being treated like we were trying to "get one over" on the wait staff. We just didn't want to pay $50+ for 10 pints of mc ultra after being told they were cheaper by the WAITER! This got me heated. I didn't curse, I didn't raise my voice, I just explained that we ordered based on the price we were told & we weren't paying for their mistake. She gave me the meanest look, said "Fine then, I'll just break the law" and stomped off!! I have never, ever, been treated so poorly in a customer setting in my life. She didn't apologize once, offer maybe a gift card for the difference, of discount on our next meal. We're locals & that would have been perfectly acceptable! We were not drunk or disorderly, and were treated like trash. I've never been so disrespected by a "manager" in my life. I can say with certainty, we will never be back to this "restaurant".

Food was tasteless. Server was disheveled & unclean. Wanted 47 cents for a piece of bread with my meal. Put french fried onion rings on the same plate as my entree (w/gravy) so they were soggy. Terrible price for coffee & tea-$2.69.

Ate at your branches in Cincinnati & they were very good but not in Sevierville. Food was not hot either.

They don't even deserve 1 star-maybe a half because of the appetizer of deep fried green beans. They were good.

Our bill was in excess of $42.00 & not worth anything close to that. When someone has to pay 47 cents for a piece of bread with a meal something is wrong. I think they believe Sevierville is a tourist trap & won't have repeat business because of the travellers so they put anything out without quality.
