Used to be a better store with better service. The Manager who was there for about ten years left in 2016. He was exceptional. Customer service is not good to say the least now. No professionalism. It seems no one is really in charge. The other Manager always was. He made sure projects and people were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend them at all now. I use Staples for my UPS
shipping now and their printing capabilities are much greater. UPS Store used to excel in packing items for shipping. But not anymore. It's sad but I can't justify spending any more money there. Not recommend.
