Our kids really enjoy the water parks here. They also have some nice room set ups for families with kitchens and living areas. On site food options aren't great (limited and expensive).

Absolutely love this place. This was my third visit and it was as fun as my first. The indoor water park was absolutely amazing. There's plenty to do at the resort.

Go in there with the grumpy attitude you going to get served like a grumpy ���� an awesome place to stay!!!!!

Visit here at least once a year. Always have a good time. The buffet food was terrible though and expensive. Wouldn't eat there again.

We stayed at the Stone Hill Lodge in a king with sofa room. The room was ok, a little on the small side. The shower and toilet are in their own room(it's pretty tight). The sink area is fairly small. The beds were just 'ok'. The hotel offer you a shuttle that runs every 10-15 minutes that takes you to the different lodges.

The indoor pool area was clean and seemed to be in great shape. There are plenty of lifeguards around watch the kids(and parents). The slides are fun and the lines move pretty good.

We'd stay here again, but would probably spend the extra for some more room.

Housekeeping was poor at best. Room cleaning was slow and often late.

To make a longish story short -- we were double charged on the credit card that we made our reservation with and on the credit card we used at check-in.



AND we were given a smaller room than what we reserved. We didn't make too much of deal about and asked to move to the right room, at which point they told us that they were booked. Seemed like we were being pushed around by a callous and unconcerned staff at every corner.



We cancelled after one night, and were glad to do so.

This place is the best place to stay when your in the smokies!!! They are very friendly and have the biggest,awesomest,water park EVER!!!!!! YOU SHOULD STAY THERE......WHAT ARE YOU DOING STILL ON THE COMPUTER....MAKE RESERVATIONS NOW!!!!!
