Awesome staff and plant selections. they even helped me design my landscape and show me different options on what to use. i would recommend them to everyone. than you exley's for an amazing experience

I just had the worst interaction EVER with a business when I called Exley's. I recently had a car crash across my property causing damage to my landscaping, and my front yard looks simply awful. I was frustrated enough when the driver's insurance wanted me to do the legwork to get this fixed, but I had settled on Exley's to make this easy, and replace the damage with a local business. I would have then asked them for a proposal for additional landscaping including huge boulders to be sure that this doesn't happen again. Exleys wanted $50 to even come to my door!!! Insult was added to injury, and I will find another landscaper who actually wants my business without charging upfront for the pleasure of meeting them. UNBELIEVABLE! Way to blow an opportunity to get a whole lot of work, and they had ZERO phone manners or compassion for the situation. Mr. Exley Sr. actually argued with me when I protested the charge!!

Our family really enjoyed going to the Exley Christmas tree farm to pick our Holiday tree. They have so many types of tree to choose from. This year we decided to get a "ball" tree so we can plant it in our back yard after the holiday. Having no Knoweledge of tree planting the staff took their time to explain EVERYTHING to us. Mr Exley himself came to our assistance when we had further questions. He invited our son to the holiday train display. They have a wonderful train track that children can watch. The tree farm also has holiday displays and a SANTA for the children to meet where you can get your holiday picture with SANTA and not waite in the MALL LONG LINES>

I think the farm is children friendly and a terrifc place to take the kids. This is our NEW HOLIDAY TRADITION

I've attempted on two separate occasions to patronize Exleys. The first time I was treated as if I was an absolute idiot at their location. I was embarrassed because there were other shoppers listening to the owner talk down to me like I was a moron. I left immediately and never returned.

A few years later I needed a small amount of landscaping, my yard tilled and seeded in the fall. When I called and asked for someone to come out, they practically laughed at me, and basically thought the job was too small for them to waste their time. Little did they know, we were also local business owners looking to have a commercial contract signed for the coming year.

No one should ever be treated this way. They run a horrible business, and treat potential clients horribly.
