My family has been a loyal customer of Pronto pizza for over 2 years. We order at least 5 times a month. Well that's ending tonight. I took my little kids there tonight to eat in. The server was new so I will cut her some slack but the loud mouth woman that I have seen there for years is awful! I asked if they had personal pizzas for my children under 6. The waitress said yes then brought out 2 small pizzas. I said I'm sorry I wanted personal pizzas she said this is our personal pizza. So like I said cutting her some slack, when I approached the loud mouth and expressed my concerns she yelled over me and told me that I was wrong and wouldn't let me talkm so I said OK that's fine your bad attitude is the reason we won't ever be back. She said and I quote OK bye. Nice customer service. When I asked when the owner would be there she said he's never here and I'm not telling you his name! So if you are taking the time to read this know that the new staff and some old members don't care about your business so don't give them any of your hard earned money.
