I totally agree to the reviewer below , these people use terrible sub contractors and give zero customer service.These use cheap materials and refuse to fix their own errors !! They never respond to emails or phone calls. They never call back or reply ! Even the basic service that they should provide normally , is never taken care by them. You have to constantly ask again and again and again ...and still they may do nothing to fix their own errors that now you have to live with in the home you buy from them !!!

This company fails at customer service, they do not adhere to their warranty, they use unlicensed subcontractors, they take all the short cuts in building homes, they make so many mistakes and blame the customer. Most of the homes in the subdivision have had so many problems with their home and dealing with the General Contractor. Their workmanship is very poor. Do not purchase a home from this company, save yourself the headaches. The only way they are able to keep reducing the prices of those homes is because they are using cheap labor, cheap material and unlicensed subcontractors.
