I wish I had read the review before taking my car there to have the pulley tensioner replaced. I was told that that's not what needed to be replaced and they replaced the serpentine belt. 2 months later it breaks off and I'm stranded and nearly lock my motor up from the car overheating. I called. I could have been killed along with my two sons who were in the car with me. The first person I talked to was understanding at first until the manager was notified then they both were very hateful and accusatory and treated me with so much disrespect I was in tears. I am now without a car having to walk in the blistering Heat because I refuse to take my car back there and have taken it to another garage that has a good reputation. I also told a friend about my situation and he said he would never do business with them either because he had a bad experience. This is a small town, I'm surprised more people don't warn each other.

Today I went there just for oil change when I got my car back it smells like they were smoking cigarettes in my car in I don't smoke. in sitting in the waiting room where the bathroom is right there where the chairs are in the workers going in there with a newspaper coming out smelling up the waiting room leaving the bathroom door open so you can know what was going on in here
