Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service and terrible attitude by one particular pharmacy tech. I wish I would have gotten her name and spoke to the general manager. I tried to pick up 4 prescriptions and she wouldn't give them to me because I tried to use my United States passport for identification. She loudly argued with me in front of customers that the only acceptable form of ID was a state issued drivers license. I guess I shouldn't be surprised that a hayseed Indiana Walmart pharmacy cashier doesn't k ow that a federally issued US passport is the most perfect form of ID.
