I have no issues with Gibsons or their staff

they have always accommodated my needs.

with my deer, pork, and beef processing.

Very rude with poor customer service.



Specifically asked for my beef to hang for 14 days. Was told that would be fine, but it may only make it to 13 depending on their deer season schedule.



Received a message after 9 days that the beef was ready. I called to ask why and was told that's just the way it was. Deer season doesn't start for another week, so I know it was just convenience and them wanting it out of their freezer.



Owner was rude and hung up on me twice. Will not go back and advise others to avoid as well.
