Caring and kind people and I don’t question their medical care but after being told our dog had to come in for a blood draw to verify if her medication level needed changing, I scheduled the draw.
Although our dog had no need for an additional check up at this time, upon check out, there were charges for an office visit and the blood draw.
Ongoing and increasing pet medical expenses, medications and vaccinations are difficult enough.

This place had been so good in the past. I live on a farm and had used this vet to come out and put down deathly sick animals. My husband took one of our livestock guardian dogs to the clinic to be euthanized and we had no complaints. (UNTIL RECENTLY!!!!
ABOUT A MONTH AGO I FOUND MY OTHER LIVESTOCK GUARDIAN DOG IN VERY BAD SHAPE. HE HAD BEEN HAVING SOME BACK PROBLEMS WITH HIP DISPLASIA AND FOR WHATEVER REASON HE WAS SO BAD WHEN I FOUNG HIM THAT DAY, THAT I KNEW HE WS REALLY SUFFERING. HE WAS IN SO MUCH PAIN THAT I COULDN'T LET HIM GO ON ANY LONGER. I CALL THIS CLINIC TO SEE IF THE VET COULD COME OUT TO PUT HIM DOWN. I ASSUMED THAT HE WOULD DO SO AS BEFORE IN THE PAST. BUT I NEVER GOT TO TALK TO THEVET . THE LADY SAID THAT HE COULDN'T COME OUT UNTIL THURSDAY!!!!(/THIS WAS MONDAY),,, SO THEN I SAID IF I CAN GET HIM LOADED AND BRING HIM TO THE CLINIC COULD SOMEONE COME OUT TO THE CAR AND GIVE HIM THE SHOT? I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS WHEN SHE SAID WE CAN'T DO IT UNTIL WEDNESDAY. SHE DIDN'T EVEN ASK THE VET, SHE JUST MADE THE CALL ON HER OWN. THAT IS SOME REAL COMPASSION FOR ANIMALS FOLKS. SHE IS IN THE WRONG BUSINESS WITH AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT. THERE WAS NO WAY THAT I WAS GOING TO LET THAT ANIMAL SUFFER FOR TWO MORE DAYS.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 I WILL NEVER LET THEM TOUCH ANY OF MY ANIMALS EVER AGAIN.!!! I MADE ANOTHER CALL TO UT AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT!! THANK GOD FOR THEM!!!!

I took my cat to be treated for something that should not have resulted in his death. He spent the night at an ER vet and they stabilized him. I was instructed to tell the vet I normally use that they will need to keep him for the rest of the week for observation and additional x-rays to make sure he did not have stones. The vet he saw refused citing that they don't keep sick animals overnight and that Wednesday is her day off. As if she's the only vet that works there. My cat had to be put to sleep due to her negligence and indifference.

We have been taking our cats and rabbits to Seymour for years and they have NEVER let our pets down, go above and beyond to care for them and have always worked with us to get them in for appointments and emergencies. Our 17 year old cat, who just had dental surgery, needed a little extra care yesterday because I couldn't get away from work, spent the day being loved on, given fluids, and enticed to eat all day by the staff. I was so relieved to have their support. They have been with us at the lowest time in our life having to make the call in putting an elderly pet down and stood beside us and cried with us. I have seen Dr. Lyle, rush out to an injured stray someone pulled into the parking lot with that had been turned away by two other vets he had stopped at hoping to get help. All of the Vets and staff that I have dealt with have always been professional and caring and we will always use and recommend them.

HORRIBLE experience......Dr Bentley......If you LOVE your pet DO NOT take them to this place.
