Today was my first visit to Seymour Oil & Lube and I was very pleased and will be back. The building & waiting area were very clean and the employees were very helpful. I needed an oil change, fuel system flush & an air filter replaced and not only was the price extremely reasonable, but I also received a $5 discount for "ladies day". I was also informed that because it was my first visit I will receive a, $8-off coupon in the mail for my next oil change. I will most certainly return when needed and send my family & friends as well. ...(and as far as the bad review previously left on YP.com : Why would not take the coupon if you had it? The grocery store won't care what coupons you left at home, either.)

Horrible customer service. Received a coupon in the mail and would not give the small discount unless you bring the coupon in. More expensive than wal-mart and they acted toward us like they don't need our business. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that is less expensive and appreciates your buisness.
