Eric has been an entrepreneur and been in business for himself for over 40 years. He grew up on a farm and is an owner of a farm services company. He has been providing coaching and consulting businesses to help them achieve their dreams and goals. Eric uses the numbers to guide him to questions about the behaviors that are driving those numbers. After analyzing those numbers and behaviors he collaborates with his clients to build a plan for improvement and development. He holds his clients accountable to their goals. The name "Vertua Coaching" comes from the two latin words "vertitas" and "tua" which translate to "Your Truth". The key is helping people come to their own truth and holding them accountable to that truth.
