Provided by YP.comTook my mooney in for annual, next thing I know I have a bill for $16 grand and annual is not complete, logs not logged wants me to pay him to have my plane back but still wont complete the logs or give me a itemized bill for work he says cost $16000, filing complaint with FAA if that doesn't resolve it will take to small claims court plus I have still have to hire someone to do the Annual, This is blackmail. Don't trust this guy!!
