Provided by YP.comWe moved to Shafter about a month ago, and they are having so much problems to deliver my mail. They were holding my mail all this time for a reason I wasn't aware of. Instead of apologizing and explain why? They gave me 10 day to fix my mail box or they'll return all my mail. Very unprofessional and careless.

They say no passports after 3. We say please we drove 15 miles.. Carmen says nope.. With an attitude!!! Well that goes off great with my high school senior who is trying to get his passport.. We leave but not before i open the door again to get a picture of the passport times on the interior door.. Carmen is now talking crap to her co worker saying i wouldnt help them etc!!!! Provided by YP.comFirst of all, I don't complain. Ever. I've worked in food service for a year, and retail for two years. I understand that people are actually trying to get things done to the best of their abilities most of the time, so even if I feel I've been wronged, I normally don't feel the need to get upset or to start blaming anyone.
That being said, since I'm not a complainer, I just want to thank USPS for all that they do for me. I order college textbooks 3 times a year, like clockwork, and they never fail to make my (mostly) new textbooks look as if I've been reading them all through break. If any of my professors ever doubt that I'm doing the reading, one look at my completely unread textbook will convince them otherwise. If it weren't for USPS, professors might see me for the slacker I am. But thankfully, every time I order a textbook, USPS makes sure to bend it and shove it into my tiny mailbox for me so that professors don't see just how unused and unread my incredibly expensive new textbooks really are.
So thank-you, USPS of Shafter, for getting me through university. Much love.
