If you need a repair like if your stove goes out - it takes a week. Garages flood even though they will argue this. Loud neighbors/police here all of the time. They take pictures of everything plus videos. You won't get your deposit back no matter how clean your home was when you move out. They will argue with you/have lots of excuses. Small yards. Loud noisy road not to mention trains all night long.
