One of the new teachers just coming out of training allowed my 3 month old son get clawed in the face by a one or two year old. When I asked what happened, I received three different stories. They continued to try to cover up what really happened and how. When I asked corporate, why didn't I receive a courtesy call when the incident occured, I was told that they don't have to call me because it wasn't an emergency. It is always an emergency when a 3 month old, defenseless infant gets injured. If they were the parent, I wonder how they would feel?
