I have owned 2 homes over the past 30 years and all home improvements have been done by Van Leer constructions. I built a house and after the completion I had Van Leer painting completely redo the entire painting in the house. The quality of the work is fantastic and the workers are clean , considerate .

Its nice to have a person to call when you need work done and when you are a customer with Larry you are for life....

Larry has been doing work for me for close to 20 years and I am continuously pleased at the end result. He treats each customer the way that you want to be treated - with respect and dignity. The people he employs are totally professional and while not every job has been perfect, he always comes back and resolves any issue without any additional moneys. In fact, we recently had done some painitng and a 3rd party chose the colors and my wife wasn't fond of them. He immediately offered to come back and repaint one of the rooms at no charge, if we wanted.

He also has great suggestions and many of these have actually saved me lots of money - he is very careful not spending my money for me, which I have seen oftentimes with other trades folk. I'd recommend his company to anyone and have.
