Overall the staff and Doctor have been great and accomidating. I have been a long term client. I have had nose surgery and fillers over the course of several years and also had my sons nose surgery here. I wish that fillers would come down in price or run groupon deals as comptetors in Winchester and northern Virginia offer better prices on some fillers such as Juviderm or Restylene. I often need a syringe per eye even after multiple treatments when I was told refills should only require one syringe for both eyes. I would really like leftovers to plump my lips when buying two syringes

I have been consistently pleased with all of my procedures. I would recommend Dr. Karen to anyone wishing or needing to improve their appearance.
