I've used these guys for the past 3 years and my lawn looks awesome, easily the nicest in the neighborhood.

Yes, they do not do things via email or e-commerce. I have forgotten to send payment but they've been cool about it. What matters is the lawn! Knowledgeable folks who are willing to share their wealth of experience. I had something digging holes in my lawn. They said it was armadillos and if we got rid of the grubs, the armadillos would leave. I had them hit my lawn with the correct stuff, and Bam! No more holes..

Lawn guys did a reasonably good job with some occasional corrective requests needed. Never did get my zoysia lawn cut down to the proper recommended height., despite repeated requests to lower the cutting height. However, that's not why I fired them. They have no electronic bill payment option, so was left to "snail mail" billing. Invoice keeps saying include email address for e-billing, but despite the fact that you have to use your email address to pay the paper bill online, through their payment service, "they still don't have my email address". Also stand by for multiple invoices each month if they cut and also chemically treat your lawn. When you pay the invoice balance due through their online payment service, it only pays "that" invoice; i.e. it does not show the full balance due, if for instance you did not get one of the multiple invoices from the previous month. Since this is the only company that I deal (dealt) with that does not have electronic debiting, and I was making payments every month, I did not know that I was missing the "other" invoice from that month, so unknowingly accumulated a balance due, which, of course, then accrued late charges. What other company sends two separate invoices each month instead of one invoice which shows an aggregate of all the charges?? Bottom line, I was willing to work with the crew that actually did the lawn work, but not willing to hire a bookkeeper to keep up with their invoicing. Office lady clearly did not mind when I cancelled my service -- no "thanks for your business", "would love to try to correct the billing issues", etc. Not recommended.
