For some bizarre reason, families for generations have insured there. Yes, they are easy to work with when you have a claim and I have always been satisfied but, they have the worst personality ever for a business! No friendliness there! I have been a customer for 34 years, my father, till he died at 80 and those girls are not even nice to me. They used to have a friendly girl working there years ago and they fired her. Even Mrs. Mehler isn't even nice. I'm getting quotes to leave just because of their lack of personality.
