I have had Albert come to my place 4 times in 2 years and he has done very well by me. I would recommend him.

Worst mobile service experience in 40 years of RVing. My slide would not go in. Albert showed up in a sports car with a small tool box. Did some checks and needed additional tools. Went back to his shop (?) and brought a different tool box. Then discovered he needed a tool in the original box. Was going to go back when I loaned him my tool.

He then said he needed a battery and jumper wires to bring the slide in. He disappeared for 3 hours! He returned, still in the sports car with a battery and jumper cables. Got the slide in and presented a bill for time including his back and forth to get tools because he came unprepared. I paid the bill under protest and have filed a claim with my credit card company and will report this to the Bureau of Automotive Repair in California.
