Fast, efficient, reliable, reasonable and friendly service. He diagnosed the problem and had me in and out in 2 or 3 hours on the same day. Took the boat to Shasta and it ran better than it ever did since I bought it. Highly recommended.

We came down to Shasta from Portland and one of our boats is not running well. We look up local ball repair and saw raise was well rated. We called and said he was pretty busy but bring the bow by any would try to get to it. We took until the next day and he fixed it by noon. It was a carburetor problem and pretty simple repair but he did it quickly and got it back to so we can enjoy our week at Shasta. Ray is great and we would recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

I must say these guys are fantastic, I call Ray with a shifting problem on my 25 Sea Ray. It is a large boat and stands about 8 off the ground to the sides. He said to bring it on down the next morning, I did and his son stopped what he was doing and jumped on board and started working. Long story short it ran into problems and the next thing I new my out drive was off on the ground, two hours later I was on my way.



Ray s might not look like a professional dealership type place, but they sure no what they are doing and treat you great. I would recommend Ray s to all my friends, great prices and honest people!
