I trust Ana. I won't go anywhere else.

Um, hello..Ana is the best! I have had my hair done for 8 years with her and have NEVER had any type of bad service! She is amazing, and always does her best to accomodate my busy schedule. As far as the salons interior..very clean and well managed to say the least! Thanks Ana for being so awesome and always making time for ME!

5 stars and shinning................Ana has been doing my daughter and my hair for 3 years now. Never ever have I been so pleased, and in my 50's, people comment my color and cut all the time!!! Ana did my daughter in law and wedding party, and all of us looked our best. We rented a hotel room, and myself, wedding party had a girls day preparing with Ana. The bride was glowing. For those few, talking about color of the salon, are you serious, might want to get a life or become a painter if its that important to you..............The place is very, very clean, and I really could care less the colors of the walls. I care how I personally look when I leave. Ana your the best, even my grouchy mom loved the perm and cut, lol.......

Some people who write reviews must be COLORED BLIND because the salon is a SOFT MAUVE,very sutltle and the back is off white.,that also explains the so called "dirty".The owner is a great styles and if you want to know how good she is just try to do a walk in or last minute appointment .If a person does not like the way her hair turned out the polite thing to do is tell ANA,there,face to face and not write bad reviews.When I go to a salon I go to get my hair styled and not give an unwanted nor unasked for opinion of the interior decoraTION.aNA GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO TRY TO PLEASE THE CUSTSOMER.

ANA is the best ever ive been going to ANA for 8yrs my mom,sisters and best friends all to her too!! we always get the best and i always feel amazing when i leave ANA she does such a fantastic job!!! love you ANA

Salon identity and owner ANA saved me from myself and all my "home fixes". We retired back here in San Antonio and since I didn't know a good salon to go to I tried coloring my own hair to cover up my invading grey hair. On a recommendation from a friend I went to see Ana and she performed a miracle! My hair went from dull and dry looking to smooth, chic, and fabulous! Thank you Ana! I will continue to go back and will recommend her to all my friends and family! She is a true Gem you won't be disappointed!!!!

I went in & got my hair done today and i LOVE it!! My appointment was with Ana the owner & I must say that im very pleased. I have wild curly hair and alot of people dont know how to work with it so i was happy to find someone who not only gave me a great color but also knew how to work with my hair....... I would recommend this place & of course will be going back!!!!

I went in wanting some highlights for a new summer look and the owner completely DESTROYED my hair!!!!! I was sitting under the dryer for an hour because Ana was trying to juggle two clients at once. My ends are now damaged and break everytime I run my fingers through my hair...VERY UN PROFESSIONAL SERVICE not to mention the salon itself was not impressive what so ever!!!! The color of the walls made me dizzy. I will never go back!

The salon was very dirty , everything seemed to be out dated i felt like i was in a salon from the 90's. i got a full head of highlights done by Ana and it came out very horrible! i the blonde seeped through the foil and i have blonde splotches all over my roots. i would never recommend this salon to anyone.

Salon Identity is a great salon with a nice atmoshpere and kind staff. Ana does an amazing job with her creativeness and own personal style. Whatever hair design/color you want to fit well with your profile she knows exactly what to pick.

This salon was a spur of the moment walk in for me recently. Beautiful salon. Very friendly people. Anna & Johonna are very personable and made my time there lively and fun. I do have a piece of advice for the crew though. As a woman, I look at my time in a salon as my time away from it all. The man that works there doesn't quite fit in and made me uncomfortable when he came around. If he's the maintenance man or something, have him come early in the mornings or after hours so that the ladies that come in and have their moments of "not so pretty in order to look pretty " can have their time away from men. The only man I want in a salon would be another customer or if he is the hairdresser. Just a bit of constructive criticism as I've ran many successful businesses in my time. If I felt uncomfortable, I'm sure other women have felt uncomfortable during their appointment.

Salon Identity has recently been opened by Ana. She has been my hairdresser/friend for 3 1/2 years. I would follow her anywhere that she goes, so I'm thrilled that she has opened her own shop where she has ultimate control over the quality of customer service.



Ana is friendly, fun and above all else she is a very gifted hair stylist. She has often had other hair stylists asking her advice when I've been there in her shop. She really loves people and enjoys the work that she does and it shines through. She listens to what you want, but will offer her expert opion. I have always been 100% satisfied when she is finished with my hair.



She is also expanding her services there at her new shop, so come spend an hour or the better part of the day at Salon Identity. You can be assured of a wonderful experience. It is an investment in yourself and well-being.

Believe or not - I was one of those women who was "Stuck in the 80's". First visit with her, she worked her magic and did a makeover of any women's dreams! Now, been a loyal client of Ana's for over 10 years because she is truly the best. Let's just say before Salon Identity came to life, I would travel over 8 hrs to see her just so I would look fresh and keep up with the times. Ana's has been my stylist for years because she is truly the best. How else can you describe someone who knows exactly what style you want and need and makes you look glam and sexy.

Her new salon, Salon Identity has become a new favorite spot of mine. The salon is more like a 10 star than a 5 star place. It's a nice relaxing setting that makes me feel special - which is what I want when I'm looking to be pampered.

Her tag line, "Let's talk about you." is right on in that the salon's customer service can be rated #1. That is why people travel a great distance to get the best service available.

On top of all this, Ana is awesome and becomes a great friend to most, if not all her clients.

This salon is my new Favorite. I use to be a regular at Regis, but one day needed a touch up ASAP. On one of my outings I ran across this salon and gave it a try. Ana was the stylist available and I was sold. She is not only very friendly but also knowledgable about her craft. Since that one visit I have since left Regis and now am a regular client of Ana. If you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and trustworthy salon....Salon Identity is the place to be!!!!

This place is the BEST! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they love what they do: it shows in the quality of thier work. Ana does my hair and she is great she does a AWESOME job! i like the facted that i can go in there and tell her what i want and i get just that. I when the other day and got highlight and my hair look great. Salon Identity is very clean and very comforable; I feel like i am hanging out with my family. I was looking for a salon to get my hair done and I came across this new salon that had just opened. I made an appointment with a girl named Ana. I was so impressed with the way that I was welcomed into the salon and how she knew exactly what I wanted done. The salon itself has a very welcoming atmosphere and everyone there is so nice and helpful. From the moment you enter to the moment that you leave, they make you feel like part of the salon family, it's great. As for the way my hair came out, it looked amazing. The cut and the color was exactly what I was looking for. My husband was very happy with the results. As for recommendations, I would send any one that asked me about my hair to Salon Identity.
