Provided by SuperpagesDr collini took my 4 year old son back to repair a lip lactation without me signing any consent forms. Strapped him down to the table. Taped his eyes and did the surgery. I heard my son screaming from the other room. After stDr collini lied to me and told me my son slept through the whole thing. I'm fuming mad.
