Hearing healthcare is something most people do not want to discuss. My mother has been in denial for many years about her hearing loss and we had a family friend who went to Avada that said good things so we eventually got my mother to go in. The Audiologist was very professional and educational. He took the time to answer all of our questions, even though we may have asked them twice. The receptionist was also very curteous and helpful. My mother ended up having a hearing loss and she purchased a set of Oticon hearing aids. I am so glad we came in when we did, my mother appears to be in a much better mood and talking to her in person or on the phone isn’t an issue anymore. I would recommend anyone who is having hearing problems to have them help you. It was one of the best things we did for my mom.
