Encore had great stuff, very friendly and very helpful staff. They were very helpful in moving stuff out to my car and helped to load the car. They called me when an item became avaliable and then put it on hold till I could pick it up later.

Very condescending attitude, made me feel like she was doing me a favor taking my items. But they did all sell eventually.
