Provided by YP.comThey will not sell you anything and I mean ANYTHING ( strings only ) If you do not provide them with a first and last name, Phone # and address. When I asked if I could just buy some strings without giving this info out so that I could get outta there - I was told NO... nice. I left.
I am very sorry for your bad experience in our store back in 2009. Unfortunately I just saw this post today (January 5, 2012). We do require name and address for all credit card purchases to protect against fraud. Plus phone #, driver's license for checks to prevent bounced checks. But CASH purchases require no information. If our sales associate did not inform you of that accurate, I am very sorry. Please stop by again some time, and ask for me.
