Kent did a great job installing our toilets, fixing our sink facet, and doing our preventative maintenace work/inspection. He was very professional & was very patient with our questions and concerns. His workmanship was top notch & when we need additional plumbing service from LBA in the future, we'll ask for Kent.

We've used LBA for a number of years now for plumbing and HVAC work. Everyone that has come into our home has been extremely professional and competent. Our latest visit from Eric Jeanneret continued in that vein. Thanks for the good work.

We initially called out LBA for a repair. LBA was very prompt, and gave us several options. As to the age of our existing system we decided to get a quote from LBP and two other contractors for replacement. LBA was by far the most reasonably priced. And they offered next day installation, and financing options. Our new system was installed within 24 hours of the original estimate. The installers were prompt, and courteous. They listened to my concerns, and even brought better ideas to the table. The installation was completed that day, and was a very clean install.

I've been an LBA customer for close to 20 years. professional, friendly, honest. I feel comfortable with LBA in my home.

LBA- Great service and great people

Josh was my tech today. He was personable, very professional and dressed in a nice, neat, clean LBA uniform. He made sure to cover his feet to protect my carpet. Josh also made sure I understood what he did; he gave me options on amount of refrigerant- including cost per pound before installation; and finally gave me options on maintenance packages once my service was complete. LBA is always prompt and the call center team are wonderful.

JD was very helpful. I appreciate him showing and explaining things to me. He was also kind enough to help me with a light fixture!
