This facility is not as the other 2 reviewers described. I haven't been to a wash house in years and was wanting a good experience. I was looking forward to seeing a "beautiful" wash house that included free coffee and free wifi (as the website exclaims). It turns out that those reviews may be based on another of the 5 locations or things just could have changed. . .

1. The floors in this facility are not black. They are light blue.
2. The entire facility looks run down. The ceilings are stained and some tiles are
missing
3. There is no pretty sitting area. There is a couch to the left when walking in and it is
so badly stained that no one would dream of sitting on it.
4. There are several vending machines that are not in service.

I guess the most important thing is the washers and dryers. Those worked great. Anything that was not in service was properly labeled (except for vending). However, If you were planing to visit this location just to be in a pretty environment while washing your clothes, do not waste your time.

This place was okay, not overly clean or dirty. I will never go back though because of the attendant. She was rude and I listened to her yell at another customer for not bring the exact right change. There are better places.
