I wish there was an option to give no stars. Worst experience ever!!! My son and I drove by and saw this walls of clay. We stop he picked out a item to paint (a soccer piggy bank and a ku letters on a circle piece) and she explained how to paint and some options to do. We spent time painting. She has klove playing in the background, a local Christian radio station which is very ironic from how I was treated. We go to pay and my total was 58.74!!! Are you joking ? For a 6 year old and an adult to paint some simple soccer ball and ku letters? I paid it and called back when I left. I was wondering why it was so much and how it add up so fast ! She said "I have been in the business for 18 years and a lot of customers this has never been a problem until now " I said " I am just not happy with how nothing was explained to us we just stop by and wanted an fun activity and nothing about the cost was told. " she said "okay have a nice day" HUNG UP! I called right back and she hung up instantly. I called back again.i said " you hung up I Believe I just wanted the total in detail ?" She said " IF YOU ARE HURTING THAT BAD I'll refund the painter fees when you come back in 3 days to get your items. Which she also didn't explain you leave the items and come back to pick them up. And she again hung up. I called back and said " you know what I want this all refunded I am not okay with how I have been treated this is unacceptable I can bring the police and get this issue solved it says no where in the studio no refunds" she said " you know what you are going to have to live with your self about this I'll just refund it don't ever come back here again " and again hung up. I called back to ask when she said " I'll be doing it right now thank you bye " click. Most awful customer service ever ! Didn't explain it or care to take blame on the fact she didn't explain in detail the fees !
