Gave me a final deposition, then created a new one with a larger debt. Then when I didn't pay the amount I had no idea about they sent my account to collections. DON'T RENT FROM THESE MONSTERS.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! They clearly do not care about their tenants. We had a terrible move-in experience at Tanglewood Apartments and the management was totally unwilling to help or work with us in any way. Avoid them at all costs.

The worst company. It has the worst properties in the nearby area. Apart from Building which are very old, the apartment interiors are also worst and not maintained. The rates/rent is competitive as per the market new and maintained properties but the apartments and the services/maintanence are worst. They will not show you apartment saying it's being worked upon and will tell you that that everything is in good shape. But that's the catch, they will ask you sign the lease and then you are trapped. When you will enter the apartment, it would be in worst situation. Carpets have not been changed in last 5-6 years. Bathroom and kitchen tiles are way too old. Appliances are of grand grand father's age. Will not recommend anyone to stay in any of this company's property. I stay in The lakes apartment.

worse company ever. I moved out of Hawthorne apartments about a year ago, paid everything in full with all the extra expenses they charged me. Still after almost one year they send me a bill of 600 dollar through a collection company. they refuse to talk to me and put me on hold. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM

I saw these before I moved into Skyler Ridge and realize that sometimes people only write negative reviews. However, I moved in about a month ago, and I wish I had heeded these reviews more seriously. Chris who works in the office is great and treated me very respectfully, but I don't feel the same about the others. They did a great job of fixing the outside of the buildings, but the kitchen and bathrooms are so out of date, in disrepair and look nothing like the view I did on their website. They would not let me see the apartment before I moved in, and in my ignorance as I had owned my own homes for decades, their explanation made sense. After I moved in and saw the kitchen and bathroom, I understand why they didn't want me to see it in advance. I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!

I stayed in skyler ridge apartment owned by this company, the manager dont know how to talk and give respect to the tenets. she thinks that every one is staying for free and she is doing social service by letting us to live there. never will go back there. Paid one month penalty for breaking the lease and came out.

Stayed in an apartment complex owned by this company (Skyler Ridge) for a year. My advice is to never ever give this company your business. At the end of my stay there, they decided to replace the carpets in my apartment which were just as clean as the day I moved in. Of course, they decided to put it on my tab and take away my security deposit as well as charge me hundreds of dollars so that they could upgrade their apartment. This company is the worst. They will do everything in their power to bully the little guy and get away with it. What a way to value your loyal tenants.
