Very unsatisfied with bancfirst. My husband and I came to deposit his check and pay our truck and small loan. We decided to go through the drive thru so it would be quicker. The young lady deposited our check and gave us our money back and before we could ask to pay our bills she tells us have a great day, which is fine. So my husband calls her back and says I need to pay my truck and small loan. She says "oh okay. Hold on." my husband and I sit in your drive thru for 35 minutes waiting on her to help us. After awhile we were the only ones in the drive thru and she still has yet to acknowledge us. My husband, frustrated and upset, drives away.
