I bought a cell phone and warranty. The phone was returned within 24 hours. I exchanged but they wanted another $20 for another warranty. Guess what? The second phone did not work either. I did not buy a second warranty because my first phone was returned in the 24 hour period. The second phone died on the second day and EZ Pawn will not take it back because I did not buy another warranty. they have a 24 hour return period.I did not drop the phones. They did not work. The company obviously does not check the merchandise prior to selling to it's customers. I'm out $200! Forget using EZ Pawn. They will Ease you out of your hard earned cash using old fashion trickery!
