In my opinion this company is very unprofessional in the way tey treat customers, the method in which they carry out there services, and there communication. I would highly recommend avoiding them. Appraiser said he came.out at designated time said we weren't there, but email was sent to refinancing company before that time. Company did not communicate directly with me, I had to receive information from refinance company. Communication was delayed by company when initially scheduling, rescheduled once on their part, and once by me because I had to step out to pick up my daughter from daycare. Company didn't contact me on the fourth time when they allegedly went out my wife was home all day with the kids, and specifically asked to be called when they went out they did not. Called the company to try to reach a resolution and assigned appraiser hung up on me and asked not to be assigned anymore, but did not notify me, delaying the refinancing process
