Machine ate my quaters. Attendent then berated me for not knowing how the machine worked, and tried to show me what for. It ate her quaters too. I asked for a refund, she refused. How this place is even allowed to operate like this is beyond me. Don't make my mistake, don't give this place your time or money, because it will eventually steal both without so much as thanks for comin.

Th problems start with the very few working super small washers, then you have to deal with spiders, ticks and other various bugs then I put my clothes in a dryer and the amount is the same as always at other places and dries just fine but the door kept popping open and falling all over the floor. It did this 6 times (and the owners saw this happen repeatedly and did nothing!!) So I then moved most of the clothes to a different dryer and there was barely any clothes in it and still the same problem So I asked them if there was anything they could do, I would settle for some duct tape but they the lady (I say that loosely) got very rude with me and said that I had too many clothes, I told her about moving most of them and she looked over and could tell that there was hardly any clothes but continued to argue with me. Worst

I will never set foot inside this AWFUL laundromat. The machines are not so bad if you find one that works. The attendant on duty is what really made it such a horrifying experience, VERY VERY RUDE..
